Q: What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year official warranty for the whole seat. Free repair or replacement of defective parts is available for non-man-made quality issues within the warranty period. Damage caused by human error, self-disassembly or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty, while paid maintenance service and cross-border after-sales consultation are still available.

All seats support non-destructive installation . No drilling, cutting or welding is needed. Adopt original car hole positions and plug-and-play wiring. How to clean and maintain the aviation seats daily?

Simply wipe dust and stains with a clean soft cloth daily. For leather seats, use professional leather conditioner regularly. Avoid strong chemical cleaners, sharp scratches and long-term sun exposure to extend service life.

Do you support personalized color customization?

Yes, we support full customization. More than 20 mainstream colors (black, beige, brown, gray, blue, etc.) are available. Solid color and contrast color matching are optional to perfectly match your original car interior.

What materials are used for the seats? Are they safe and durable?

The seats are covered with premium Nappa leather / wear-resistant microfiber leather, which is wrinkle-proof, waterproof and easy to clean. Built with high-density rebound foam for no sagging after long-time sitting. The high-strength alloy steel frame ensures stability and safety after professional crash tests.

What is the function of Zero Gravity Mode?

One-click to activate zero-gravity mode. The seat automatically adjusts to the ergonomic optimal angle to evenly disperse body pressure, relieve waist and back fatigue, boost blood circulation and avoid soreness during long rides.

What comfort and intelligent features do the seats support?

All seats are equipped with 3-speed ventilation, 3-speed heating, multi-point pneumatic massage and full electric adjustment. High-end versions support zero-gravity mode, 360° rotation, smart voice control, seat memory, 15W wireless charging, Type-C fast charging and ambient lighting, greatly improving long-distance riding comfort.

What series do you offer and what are the differences?

We have 3 core series for different usage scenarios and budgets:

1. Crystal Throne Series (Flagship): Full top-tier functions including zero-gravity mode, 360° rotation, full pneumatic massage, voice control and dual touch screens. Adopts premium Nappa leather for high-end business luxury.

2. Glory Throne Series (Mid-range): Cost-effective configuration with ventilation, heating, massage, power leg rest and wireless charging. Perfect for family travel and light business use.

3. Light Luxury Throne Series (Entry-level): Retains core comfort functions with optimized cost, ideal for budget-friendly interior upgrades.
